What every report should deliver
Continuum reports connect clinical findings to the practical decisions facing the case manager.
A clear, clinically grounded opinion on diagnosis and relevant contributing conditions.
Focused recommendations addressing treatment adequacy, gaps and appropriate next steps.
A practical opinion on the expected course, recovery timeline and factors that may influence progress.
Clear analysis of how symptoms and treatment affect occupational capacity and recovery planning.
Beyond the report
Continuum supports evidence-based treatment planning and can provide longitudinal follow-up and reassessment, with ongoing dialogue to refine recommendations as symptoms, treatment response and workplace function evolve.
Our partnership with BrainStim Health
Continuum Occupational Psychiatry and BrainStim Health are collaborating to support recovery from depression, improved functioning and a sustainable return to work.
The collaboration connects Continuum’s treatment-oriented occupational psychiatric assessments with BrainStim Health’s network of treatment centres across Canada. When clinically indicated, claimants can be referred for repetitive or deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS/dTMS), including for treatment-resistant depression.
A clearer path from assessment to appropriate care.
Clearer treatment direction, coordinated care, and meaningful updates on treatment response and functioning, with claimant consent.
Referrals are based on clinical need, and claimants remain free to choose their treatment provider.
Research on TMS has examined outcomes beyond depressive symptoms.
When evidence-based psychotherapy is clinically indicated, Continuum works with a trusted network of reputable psychology and psychotherapy clinics to help clients and claimants access care. We are equally happy to work with their preferred provider and welcome inquiries from clinics interested in joining our network.
